About Math and Snacks
Back to Math and Snacks homepage

This event is designed to introduce students in precalculus / algebra and above to mathematical ideas, and at the same time foster a stronger mathematical community here at UIC. Attendance by any undergraduate or graduate students, along with anyone else in the university community who is interested is encouraged. Talks will be 20-30 minutes in length and understandable to anyone who has taken or is currently enrolled in precalculus or college algebra, but will concern topics in higher mathematics, computer science, reasoning, and related fields.

Math and Snacks is a weekly event organized by Ben Klaff, Alex Stathis, and Janis Lazovskis.
